    Beaver has over 20 years of extensive leadership experience in general management, marketing, client relations, and IT project management. His broad expertise spans such industries as Broadcast Media, BFSI, Cable, and Telecommunications. As the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PacificHub Corporation, he oversees strategic programs and actively champions continuous improvement initiatives that enable positive customer experiences for the company’s clients.

    As the head of one of the fastest growing players in the Philippine BPO industry, Beaver is committed to developing, implementing, and sustaining comprehensive plans in support of talent development, improved best practices sharing among industry peers, private-public partnerships, government relations, and more aggressive country marketing strategies showcasing niche competencies of mid-sized BPO vendors.

    Beaver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University-Manila, and is a professional member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). He previously served as a Board Member of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP)

    Ayhee is a veteran BPO leader with over 16 years of extensive operations experience in the sales management, customer service, and quality management disciplines of captive call center operations and third party BPO organizations. She has successfully handled simple-to-complex customer interactions and improvement projects for multiple clients in such high growth verticals as Telecom, BFSI, and Healthcare.

    Prior to PacificHub, Ayhee has occupied key leadership roles in companies such as eTelecare Global Solutions, NEXTEL Communications Philippines, and Smart Communications. Most recently, she had served as Service Delivery Lead for Accenture’s Customer Contact Services Group.

    As PacificHub’s VP for Operations, Ayhee is responsible for driving seamless and efficient solutions delivery across our BPO units. She also oversees transactional quality and workforce planning for all client campaigns.

    Ayhee is a registered Medical Technologist, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Trinity College.

    Alex has over 20 years of extensive finance management experience covering the areas of treasury, general and revenue accounting, payroll, financial and budget planning, asset management and procurement, tax planning, and auditing. He began his career as an Associate Auditor and is a Certified Public Accountant.

    Alex holds a professional membership in the Philippine Association of Management Accountants. He is a graduate of the University of the East, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accountancy.

    Mylene joins PacificHub as Senior Director for Human Resources, Training, Facilities, and Administration with over 18 years of leadership and BPO operations experience.

    Her previous roles include serving as a Country Manager of an international media company as well as an Operations Manager of a multinational BPO company handling voice-based technical support. Prior to PacificHub, she was the HR and Corporate Communications Manager of an Australian-owned captive call center based out of the Philippines.

    Mylene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Public Relations from St. Paul College-Manila.

    Pam has over 16 years of experience in the call center industry. She began her career as a Trainer before transitioning into Operations as an Account Manager.

    She eventually moved into the role of PacificHub’s Call Center Director for Operations, where she successfully streamlined operational processes, and developed custom metrices for the company’s fastest growing and key client account. She currently serves as PacificHub’s Director for Workforce Management.

    Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.

    Ces has over 10 years of BPO experience in metrics management, transactional quality, operations management, and vendor account management.

    She previously worked with one of the world’s largest global banks, managing its accounts receivables program.

    Ces holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University-Manila.

    Aki joins PacificHub with over 8 years of BPO and contact center experience in sales and marketing, corporate communications, corporate development, quality management, and operational improvement initiatives under various leadership capacities. She has also worked with the largest financial conglomerate in the Philippines under its investment banking operations, managing corporate affairs.

    Aki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from De La Salle University-Manila, and is a professional member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
